Today, for example, I chatted with Lydia Bastianich at San Domenico and enjoyed some great food and wine from this region .... including Tocai Friulano Ronco del Gelso 2006 with the Risotto Al Radicchio and Merlot Tenuta Beltrame 2003 with the Saddle of Venison.
