		<description>With the savagnin and chardonnay, which have a slightly oxidized flavor as well as spices of the East (cardamon, saffron) and a medium to full body, I wouold pair with savory dishes. Anything with mushrooms, such as pasta or chicken would go particularly well. The young fruity reds (poulsard and trousseau) would be great with salmon, pork, a steak salad ... typically the pairings of a pinot noir.
