Fred Dexheimer rocked as the presenter for a Chilean Terroir Master class earlier this week. In his presentation, the audience tasted three flights of wine — a flight of 3 Sauvignon Blancs, 3 Syrahs, and 4 Carmeneres from different areas of the country (different climates, and different types of soil).
Dexheimer is truly a Chilean expert and really makes Chile a fascinating subject.
